On January 28, 2019 we put up a post on the Consumer Staples sector – calling for a move up. Since that post, the Bullish Percent Staples has gone from 27.27 to over 60. The Consumer Staples ETF (XLP) has appreciated by 4.5% in a little over a month (with many underlying names moving significantly more). We are due for a rest here. Please review initial post:
